For more than two decades, I have cooked for private clients throughout Florida, New York City, the Hamptons, Europe, and the Caribbean. My training at the Culinary Institute of America provided a strong foundation, while years spent cooking in private homes, aboard yachts, and for events of all sizes taught me how to balance exceptional food with the logistics that make an occasion run seamlessly.

Rather than offering fixed menus, every event begins with a conversation. We talk through your guests, preferences, and the vision for the event. From there, I design a custom menu for the occasion and manage all the details so you can simply relax and enjoy your guests.
